Mixed salad Indian style
Ingredients:
2 medium size onions (cut into thin quarter slices)
2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 medium size cucumber (cut into thin quarter slices)
1 lemon juice
Salt
1 tsp Black pepper powder
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together nicely. Its best to use your hands to help release all the juices of the ingredients used. Keep aside in the fridge. Serve chilled !
