Ingredients

yoghurt
3-4
green chillies
2
cloves garlic
2
tsp
cumin seedÂ
Salt to taste
2-3
tbsp
milk
(to adjust the consistency of the dip)
Instructions
Grind together green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds. Beat yoghurt using a whisk, add in the ground paste and salt to taste. Use milk to adjust the consistency of the raita.
